1. About the service

Groomik (groomik.com) is an online service for groomers, provided by Rustem Galeev, Serbia (“we”). By signing up or using the service, you accept these terms and the privacy policy. Contact: 9273033@gmail.com.

2. Who uses the service

• Salons and groomers (18 and over) — create an account, keep their schedule and clients, publish a booking page.
• Salon clients — book through a salon’s booking page without signing up.

3. Account

Give accurate details and do not share access to your account with others. You are responsible for everything done in your account. One account is one salon.

4. Price

The service is free for now. Paid plans or features may appear in the future: we will announce them in advance, and nothing paid will be switched on without your consent.

5. Salon clients’ data

A salon is responsible for its clients’ data: it enters only lawfully obtained data, contacts clients on a lawful basis and complies with personal data protection law. We process this data only on the salon’s behalf, to run the service, and never use it for our own purposes.

6. Appointments

An appointment is an arrangement between the client and the salon. The salon confirms, reschedules and cancels appointments, sets prices and provides the services. Groomik is not a party to that arrangement and is not responsible for the salon’s services, payments, or disputes between the client and the salon. Prices on the booking page are approximate — the salon sets the final price.

7. Not allowed

• breaking the law or other people’s rights;
• entering other people’s personal data without a lawful basis;
• sending spam through the service;
• trying to access other accounts or data;
• disrupting the service, including with automated requests;
• impersonating another person or salon.

8. Availability

We do our best to keep the service running without interruption but cannot guarantee it: there may be breaks for updates and outages at our providers. The service is provided “as is”, and we may change its features.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages, or for data lost through the fault of a user or a provider. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, nor consumer rights.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by writing to 9273033@gmail.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with advance notice where possible.

11. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will announce material changes in advance by email or in your account. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the new terms.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. We try to resolve disputes by talking — write to us. If we cannot agree, the dispute goes to the competent court in Serbia.
